What makes a lingerie enthusiast an enthusiast? When I take the time to locate people that are interested in lingerie, lingerie fashion, and boudoir photography they all have the same names that are derivatives of each other- The Lingerie Addict, A Lingerie Addiction, etc. Is lingerie an addiction? Do people really have an insatiable desire for lingerie? What makes someone want to have an extensive lingerie collection? What is their motivation? We will never know…nor does it matter! Lingerie is personal body ornaments that people use to make themselves look good and feel good. It is no different than a diamond ring, a golden tiara, or a platinum bracelet. As humans, we are naturally drawn to beauty. We love the sublime shock and awe of things that sparkle, of things that decorate us to make us a living piece of artwork!
